Castle Quay finds its Star!

Over the festive season we launched a search to find a shining star in one of our stores. We asked you to nominate who you thought was the best member of staff in Centre for the chance to win a £250 shopping spree!

Many of you were eager to tell us about the fantastic examples of customer service you received by staff in Centre. After much deliberation, we chose Lisa from F.Hinds who was nominated by Jenna Clinton from Banbury. Jenna who was “absolutely thrilled” to have won, says that she entered because of her three year old daughter Izzy: “Lisa stuck out in my mind as she has always been extremely kind to Izzy and makes her feel special every time we’re in store.”

We were very pleased to give our Christmas star Lisa a £100 shopping voucher to spend in Centre as well as awarding a delighted Jenna with her £250 shopping spree! Jenna explains “This is the first competition I’ve ever won so it makes it extra special. I’m over the moon; this is a great way to start the New Year!”

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition and thank you to all of our staff in Centre for their hard work over the past year. We hope you enjoy spending your prizes Jenna and Lisa.
